...and no, I'm not talking about THOSE comics.....don't bring it up!

Talkin' about your comic strips in your local paper! I don't know about youse guys, but it's about the only section of the paper I've ever been interested in even today....and man, I don't know why, but I LOVE this strip!

"Ballard Street by Jerry Van Amorengen....used to be called "The Neighborhood"......only problem is, our horrible local paper (lil' dinky rag called the "Washington Post") doesnt feature it and likely never will!

Anyone got their own favorites?

could not find it anywhere....but my fav toons by far would hafta be the far side.....and this one in particular was the best,,,

these 4 vultures are standing in a circle kinda half hidden behind a sand dune looking at the ground in front of them..(which is hidden by the dune),,,,,and one pipes up and says,,,,,,

"well whatever it is it's been here awhile, well,,,thank god for ketchup"

I would say that was my all time favouritew by a landslide,I was LMAO when I first seen that one,,,,,I have more recently taken a liking to shermans lagoon..

Sherman's Lagoon (go figure!), and lately Get Fuzzy makes me laugh a lot. Day by Day for political commentary...way better than Doonebury at it's best.
