Bruiser just posted details of what happened.
His 20 year old daughter was being driven to visit her Dad by her 19 year old fiancee. They live 3 miles away from Bruiser.
It would appear they were overtaken by a Honda at 14:30 and the red-mist descended on the 19 year old.
Fiancee-man took off after the Honda and wiped out having to avoid oncoming traffic in the oncoming lane.
Bruiser's daughter wasn't wearing a seat belt and, when they collided with two trees, was killed on impact.

Somehow this news just makes it all the more sad.
