Free? FREE? Cool!! I love freebies...:D BitDefender has released a free Windows version of it's Anti-Virus software. While I haven't tried it with Windows (yet), I have tried it on Linux and it works fine. On their site, they also have a bunch of stand alone free Virus Removal tools. To get it: Click HERE!

I'm sure it's fine (for a freebie) but, just to quote from their own site;

If you are on an "always-on" Internet connection, we strongly advise you to consider using a more complex antivirus solution.!
