Knowing that the Germans plundered Europe for anything they could find, anyone know what this piece is?

Looks like a "Canon G de Côte de 95mm Mle 1888".

According to "Les Canons de la Victoire 1914-1918 Tome 3" 474 were constructed for coastal defences in France.

It's hard to pick up the recoil arrangement - it was a Vavasseur style
inclined rails with a pair of hydraulic recoil cylinders.
