Dan, I noticed that Transload has had some unexpected issues; is there anything CC can do to help? Can we offer you any resources?

Yep. Our server got hacked into again. Looks like someone with nothing else to do dropped an executable in there that our webmaster is having a hard time resolving. Seems he gets it fixed then it goes to crap again. This is the second time the server has gotten hit. I sure don't remember Transload stepping on anyone's toes hard enough that we keep having this problem. They think that the culprit's IP location is Belguim. Now, I drove through Belguim once on my way to Amsterdam, but we never stopped so I know it wasn't me that got someone upset.
Transload's flights session's have all been suspended as, of course, the FS Host is down. I was going to suggest on our forum to come over here and get signed up and maybe we could converge on your Sunday session, but I have been running around all day so I just haven't had time and it is kind of the slow time of year for our sessions as everyone is outside enjoying the warm weather. We would normally be 40 minutes into our Saturday night session right now. If it is alright with you all I will post a message in the our forum suggesting they stop here and register and if the server issues continue, maybe we could put your flight server to work. I have a feeling that many of our pilots are registered here already. Ron (Wingnut) has been promoting Com-Central for a long time during our sessions and all our pilots that have installed the enviromental pack from here can't stop talking about the wonderful changes in FS they see.
Like I said, the webmaster and the CEO are hard at work trying to resolve this. I think they are working on re-loading the OS for the server. The only glitch may be that the Ken (CEO) is headed to England soon for a holiday and to meet with the IFC folks, so if there are anymore fees that have to be paid the the server people, it will have to wait until he gets back.
Thanks a lot for the offer. It is a shame this has to happen to a group of people that just want together and have fun and enjoy everyone's company. The FS community is a great group of guys and gals. I will certainly be in touch if our pilots are going into online flight withdrawls.
Thanks again!

Dan, would it help to have a temp or perm. forum here at CC to post up Transload flights for your members?
We can also offer you temp server space until your site comes back online. I would be happy to work with your webmaster getting it set up.
As Fled has said, the FS9 and TS server are up 24/7 and can be used if that'll help...

I've heard enough good talk about you guys from Wingnut, so here I am!
Currently only our FS Multiplayer server is down, website and forum are fine. I'm sure our members would have no problem joining the great gang here and we'd all enjoy to have our flights hosted here until our server is running again.
I for one am all happy to fly in your part of the skies till our server is up and running!

I have had some response of interest from a few pilots and I have told them to stop in here and register. I see a couple of them already have. It is a little late to squeeze in our Sunday flight so hopefully we will have our Monday night connect flight over here. AAaarrrgg! The madness of it all!

Thanks to everyone over here at CC for putting out the welcome mat for us (temporarily) homeless Transload geezers.

I'm glad to see that my flight's still on!!!
As the CEO of the Conect division, allow me to extend an invitation to any Com-Central member! This will be the first leg of the "Get Your Kicks" tour that will follow (roughly) Historic Route 66 from Chicago to Los Angeles. The recommended plane will be Mike Stone's Cessna 404 Titan. The aircraft is available on our web site as a self installer. Also on our site, you can find our events callendar with downloadable flightplans in .fsn and .pln format. I'm also including direct links at the end of this post.
It's great to see the FS community banding together like this!
