actually here in Michigan we are scared to death Illinois is going to dick around until they end up in the Great lakes then its all over folks... they are a trash fish - Asian Carp...

and there have been fatalities - last one I heard about was a woman getting hit in the head.. my boat that I have now will only do 25-30 mph, but I have had one that would do 65 mph and another that did 50 mph... these make scootin dangerous...

Of course, there are obstacles to overcome, perhaps Slow, THIS would be something to consider...
