A few of the pieces that were previously "behind the fence" but have been put in open storage near the restoration facility in the last year or so...

I dont have the identification readily handy, so consider this an ID quiz!

Hi Neil,

I am into the more modern artillery (cold-war era). Are there any examples of D30s or M-46s, or Type 59-Is in that collection?

1 GR 8cm PAW600 aka 8cm PWK8H63
2 GR 7.5cm PAK 97/38
3 GR 5cm Pak 38
4 RU 76.2mm field gun Model 1936
5 GR 10.5cm LG42
6 US M1920M1
7 US 75mm M1897A4
8 US 75mm M1897A4
9 RU 152mm M1937 Heavy Howitzer

I had a little help on the model 1936 and as usual I might be wrong

fixed that

Yes, question is did I photograph them. In general, the more common pieces are on display outside the museum itself. Its the more exotic pieces that have been in storage...

I'll try to post some more pics on another thread (keeping with the 10 pictures/thread limit).

#5 should be an LG42.

Hi Neil!

I think the top one (gun on the right of the photo) might be a 122mm Gun M-55 D-74.

The lower one with the four tires could be a 203mm Gun Howitzer M-55.

ID based on poor drawing/photos in "The Warsaw Pact Armies" by Friedrich Wiener and William J Lewis.

Top one looks like a T-12 100mm AT Gun
