Post subject: Rudder problems in FB!

S! all,

This problem just started, the rudder will not center itself. I have gone into game controllers and calibrated it, it shows it fine? Then i go into setup for FB and calibrate it their too, same thing shows it's centering but get into game and it's like riding a motorcycle in a bad cross wind!!

Thanks

Saitek X45

Hi Senyu,

Did you try to uninstall the drivers and than install new drivers ?

Maybe seems superflous, but sometimes is the only way to make shure the problem ain't located there.

Also make shure when you uninstall the drivers to delete the registry keys for the joystick before installing the new drivers.

This is as I would go about with the mentioned problem, maybe other members have also other ideas to cure this annoyance.

I had the same thing with my saitek cyborg evo .. when i looked into the problem i discovered that the stick never needs calibrating but all I needed to do, according to the saitek website, was move the stick in a complete circle and twist the handle a few times to "remind" the computer of it's calibration. not had a problem since.
