AL Post 29 - Jackson, MI - Japanese Artillery piece

I posted this gallery on the AFV forum and wanted to post it here as well. Stumbled across this Japanese gun at AL Post 29 in Jackson, MI. Would someone kindly ID it for me? Thanks!

AJ2 ID'd the piece as a Japanese Model 4 (1915) 150mm Howitzer.

No one jumped in with a translation of the barrel markings?

Kanji of this vintage reads right to left.

First line - 4 year type 15cm howitzer (Type 4 15cm howitzer)
Second line - starts with Osaka - there were a number of different names used for the Osaka Arsenal.
Third line - Taisho 11 Year Built (1922)
