I went to a course called "The Patch" in Augusta Georgia not to long ago, it had a small airport right next to it..Two of my favorite things side by side...One of the two Tarmacs was right next to the course, wonder how many balls made their way over there..anyway was goofing off and tried to recreate a plane crossing the course for a landing..didn't know what else to do with it so I stuck it here..lol..

There's only 1 golf simulator, Tiger Woods 2006..(It's the only 1 I have)..not sure if any others are good or not but I'm sure it's like any other sim..they all have their pros & cons

Oh, funny - I was about to tell I got fun years ago with the EA PGA Tour series instead, when looking for more info about the Tiger Woods you name, I find out it's just another chapter of the same product...

I used to play that...One of the reasons I decided never to take it up in 'real' life.

Ruh roh I get to tell a story now. A true story.
My dad was playing golf when he was my current age (26) and he and his playing partners heard a plane that didn't sound to healthy. It wasn't . It ended up crashing in the fairway just to the right of them. Both ocupants were fine, but the plane and the fairway were total loses. Just goes to show you that when you walk out your door anything can happen.

Makes perfect sense.....if you were in a small plane with engine trouble, a golf course would look like a pretty sweet godsend compared to busy roads, plowed fields and tiny parking lots!
Just gotta yell "FORE" (or is it FOUR?) out the window on final...

I dunno man..I think if I was going down a golf course would not be my first choice...of course it all depends on the topigraphical makeup of the region you live, wether it be naturally hilly or flat...golf courses here in the Georgia region are anything but flat and out of the ones I've seen so far there's now way in the world I would try landing on them..lol..better off with a road but then there's always the pesky cars driving on those so you're screwed either way..best chioce, a field if you can find one..
