Tank Bomb to be relocated this summer
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

The Sherbrooke Hussars has arranged to relocate Sherman Tank Bomb from the Champs de Mars park to the front lawn of the William Street Armoury this summer. The regiment raised some money last fall, got some more from Veterans Affairs and probably broke open the piggy bank to pay the rest. A rededication ceremony with a directed invitation to former RSMs is planned. MTF

That may be because I am Facebook Friends with the creator of the photo album. No big deal. Just a conversation between people who liked a particular photo of the front facade of the William Street Armoury, and the topic came up.
