The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

There are two M3 Stuarts on display in the Museum. Both are runners. This one was donated by the Brasilian Army in 1990: Massimo

This one instead is on loan from a private collector and it's used on Tankfest and similar events: It's one of those tanks discovered in Brasil a few years ago (one is in Switzerland right now): www.militarytrader.com...iscovered/ Massimo

I'm still glad to see that some of the vehicles displayed at Bovington have unusual paint and markings : -SU-100 has Egyptian markings -StuG III and T-26 have Finnish markings -M3 Stuart has Brasilian markings -M3 Scout Car has British markings -M24 CHaffee has British markings etc, etc P-O _________________ soldat_ryan @ hotmail.com Looking for photos of Sherman manufacturer's plates
