Hi

The Brussels museum have just published on their website that the artillery museum in Brasschaat and the Heinz Barracks in Bastogne are open to the public.

The English page isn't available yet.
Seems that the restoration centre is also included in the tour (in Bastogne that is).
However the visits in Brasschaat are only possible after contact with the museum (isn't mentioned on the webpage).
We are preparing the big move of the Kapellen depot now, if all works out we start moving things by the end off the year.

Vehicles in Kapellen will move to Bastogne?

Are there any AFV in Brussels? What about those plans to cover the outdoor area in Brussels?

Hi Massimo

Most of the vehicles that used to be in Kapellen and had to go to Bastogne are already moved (most of the WWII vehicles). What for now is at the depot are the post war vehicles, those are supposed to come to the Brasschaat museum/depot.
The part with armour in Brussels is empty now, the plans are to build a cover over the central court. Opening of the court should be in 2013.
