M55 at Elsenborn Camp
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: M55 at Elsenborn Camp
Just returned from Elsenborn camp (Belgium) where they are restoring a M55.
It belongs to the Brussels museum collection and will come to Brasschaat where it will find it's place in the artillery museum.
It is restored to running condition.






They where just placing the engine back in last week.

It arrived half a year ago, I believe I posted it somewhere on the group but can't find it.
Anyway it's a runner, just missing its fueltanks Confused
