Doesn't appear to be any mechanism for individual pitch control (which would be stupifyingly comlex) so presumably cyclic control and thrust is all done by distributing more or less power to each propeller. As it's noted that it will stay airborne with up to four shut down, attitude control and trim must be kept necessarily "mild". i.e. "fly level as you can ALL the time."
