During WW I Skoda build 44 guns and 43 carriages for the Austro-Hungarian Army. At the end of WW I Italy captured 30 full systems. Some of them were used by the Italian Army in WW II (one is at de Henriquez Museum, in Trieste).
At least one was captured by the Romanian Army at the end of WW I and can be seen in Bucharest:

From a Belgian fort in Antwerp. It was hit by an Austro-Hungarian 30,5 cm Mörser M 1911. At the beginning of WW I the German Army was afraid of the Belgian forts. So they asked the Austro-Hungarian Army to help destroying them with their powerful and mobile heavy mortars. Antwerp turret by Massimo Foti, on Flickr
