The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

I am looking forward to see the rare Stoewer M12 and the Steyr 640 There are not that many around of these There will be also a Maultier wich is not on the list yet Walter

I wonder where they got the double Balkenkreuz idea from? I've never seen a photo of any Wermacht vehicle with that on. Surely there are enough Panther roadwheels around, to get the missing ones replaced.

The idea with the double Balkenkreuz comes from a picture just after the battle from the same Panther at Overloon. The maybach engine is from the museum but it is empty and rotten inside.so not for use. Walter

I know we normaly talk about AFV But because there were some beautifull softskins at Militracks ,I would like to show some ,hope you don't mind First my favourite this Steyr 640 ,very rare truck.
