Three Amigos in Overloon
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

This was a great surprise for me in Overloon. It's a rare WW I italian artillery tractor, designed by Ugo Pavesi:

I've seen quite a few Pavesi tractors in the past, including one in Switzerland and another in Sinsheim, but they are later models:

First time ever I see such an older model. It's in great shape too

If no-one raises an objection I'll add this photo to the contributor pages for Walter and Michel - it's a neat shot.

What kind of Caterpillar is this? I suspect it could be an early D7, but I am not sure:

Dear Massimo,
Overloon's tractor Pavesi-Tolotti probably been in service with the Italian Expeditionary Corps, which fought in France in 1918.

I am afraid we can just guess. Pavesi's tractors were used a lot by civilians too. Pavesi himself never really like to work for the military, he designed his machines with agricultural usage in mind and he sold more to civil than military customers.

On my own gallery it is labelled as "Allis Chalmers HD15A" but I don't remember where I got it identified.

Wikipedia seems to confirm :
