War Scrap Compound @ Camp Bastion
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: War Scrap Compound @ Camp Bastion
An acquaintance has just visited the War Scrap compound in Bastion. and reports that in the far corner were 5 wrecked and burned-out Leopard II's.

Security is tight and photography is forbidden there but has anyone any images of the general area that may just have the compound included?
