Problems with php boards, Help!!!!

I'm registered on a number of php based forae, some work fine, a couple when I go onto them, I just get this

I click on Login, it dumps me back onto the same page. I check with a few fellow forumites & they've got no problems.
I'm on IE and Vista.
I've tried deleting all cookies, but the problem persists.
Any ideas?

Cookies and Temporary Internet history.
Then reboot and try again.
If that doesn't work try resetting to a time before it began.
