Munster. Panzermuseum
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Mostly the light conditions were pretty good, but the Borgward B IV C was in a very inconvenient place. I took plenty of pictures but none left me 100% happy. This one is from the pole:

Hey! What about me?! I'm a big fan of military motocicli Mr. Green

The R27 surprised me as being a postwar one-lung Bimmer design. I would have guessed pre-war (and been wrong-o). Single pot BMW's are pretty thin on the ground.

Have you seen the Condor in Wildegg?

You don't see them often outside Switzerland:

Still I am not fully happy about those Borgward's shots... Just like I am not happy about the same subject in Wien.

In Wien flash is forbidden, it's very dark and I had to push my camera to its limits. In Munster the Borward is in a position were you get bad light from the window behind, even if in most areas of the Museum the light is instead pretty good.

This vehicle is big and tall, pictures don't convey it properly:

The DZVR 21 armored car, if I remember correctly, was found in the corner of a car scrap yard near the city of Hannover/Hainholz.

The scrap yard had to make way for a new development and they found this under all the junk!

What a wonderful surprise!
