APG's Matilda on the move.
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Durn. I was hoping they would decide that Matilda wasn't worth moving and We wiould still have her here. After all she was saved from the scrap furnace by Col Jarrett the first time.

I researched this vehicle in detail when I wrote up APG and I believe I added a fair bit to its known history and location map (but I welcome constructive criticism if anyone can see gaps in my reasoning):

Unique ID 688: APG Matilda
