Post subject: Sunday, 25th August Exploration Flight

We start a new series of trips and I thought it might be a good idea to change the title a little bit. There is not much of real Bush Flying in the UK, but we want to explore the country!

Our trip through England, Wales and Scotland will start at Manston, a former RAF field in the north east of Kent. We will fly down to Dover to see the famous white cliffs and follow the coastline with a detour inland towards Gatwick. You can see the cliffs of Dover very well if you leave the GPS track a little bit and fly over the water.
The trip will end at Shoreham, a nicely made ORBX Payware addon.

We will use the ORBX FTX Europe scenery, but you can fly these trips without additional scenery if you so wish.

See you all at Manston!

Hi,
my father is celebrating his 88th birthday this sunday, so I might not be able to make it home in time. So, don't wait for and enjoy the flight!

Snorre, Fled and Jeff,
Happy birthday to your father and hope you will have a wonderful day with him. These days are very important to you and him. I am glad to see that you are keeping these Sunday flights going. I generally download the flight plans and fly them during the week. 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon has become an impossible time for me to fly with you and I miss the flights and the visits with you guys. I have Northern Ireland installed and look forward to some of your flights in that area. I am almost always flying now in Prepar3D and I can fly multiplayer with you in FSX if you used FSC. Keep up the good work and keep posting flight plans.

Hi lazyeight,
good to hear from you! Yes, we had a nice birthday party with the kids and grandchildren, everybody enjoyed it!

I hope we can fly together in future!
Take care!
Gunter
