lets start the Japanese relics list, breakout those pictures
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

A good source of information for Japanese tanks of WWII: newspaperarchive.com/u...-05/page-6

Taki is Japanese and knows a lot about those vehicles. Do not hesitate to contact him for further infos.

Is there some special characteristic of the Japanese AFV's that make them particularly rust-resistant (carbon content, for example)? Unless there's some painting going on that I can't make out, they seem to wear well for vehicles exposed to the elements in humid and rainy locations.
