Same goes for SdKfz 251 and OT-810
There are some OT-810 that are so extremly modified that it's hard to tell.
I agree with Massimo that it can be emotional and/or financial

Gentlemen, these discussions are like those surrounding "Continuation" Shelby Cobras (not "replicas") and those built and sold with original CSX chassis numbers recorded in the mid '60's. The "continuation" series might be the more roadworthy car, but it wasn't constructed at the original plant during the original run, even if most of the parts are NOS ("new old stock"). If you don't accept that, then try selling one at auction*...an original will net >$1M USD and a "continuation", even with an aluminum body, side-oiler 427 and Shelby's signature will be half that (at best). At some point, cognitive dissonance supplants reason and the buyer/seller of reproduction art is likely to defy rationality. An item is either an "original" item for it's period...or it isn't. Only the investor can decide what's important to him.

*...as someone has, and they haven't met with success.
