the video dates from 2001 and the Panzer III went to the Museum of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-45 in Moscow, on Poklonnaya Hill.

not sure it is a Daimler Dingo, it could well be a Ferret scout car, don't you think?

No, it's definitely a Dingo. The Ferret has the driver positioned centrally in the hull, behind a sloped plate. This one has a vertical plate with the driver's (right, since it's a British vehicle) side vision port open.
