First turret ... tough one. My best guess is a Command turret of a
Panzerspähwagen. The 6 rad SdKfz 231 almost fits the bill.

My impression is that the 231 turret is more round shape on the back.But I mist admit the front looks the same

It is a russian BA 10 Model 1937 turret

That one doesn't looks like a BA-10 turret to me. Do you have additional pictures of BA-10s with such turret?
Any front view of a BA-10's turret that matches the one in Dresden? I haven't seen one... I am still very skeptical.
