Had two EEL's escort me into Larnaca (think it was Larnaca... Cyprus anyway), back in '78.
Close enough to see the whites of the pilot's eyes on either side of our (civil) aircraft.
My favourite aircraft at the time, I was like a bear in honey!
My Pop worked on this aircraft when it was still in the design stages, although I didn't find out until much later and then by accident.
