Full Militärmuseum
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

This year there was a larger and safer area for the off-road demo:

Since the other tank sitting next to it was outside, I've got an opportunity to take a better shot of this:

Got back from a visit. Some updates:

- Clarifications about the Merkava: there was some talk with the Israeli military attaché about an exchange with Latrun, but nothing happened

- During July event the tank demos stopped early on Sunday due to the terrain, too many little rocks tend to damage the vehicles

- The Museum is involved in a StuG III restoration i Poland

I also tried a new "pole" setup, more info once I will get the pictures

Walter, I have something for you. It wasn't possible to look at the German artillery serials, but I took pictures of the info panels. There is some interesting info here:

I am trying a different set-up for my pole shots. The early tests look promising, more info later on on the photography thread:
