Hi All, We’ve added a gallery of photos M4A3(75)W SN 62268 on display at VFW Post 842 in Curwensville, PA. The AFV Register lists a SN of 48779, but we found S62268 stamped on the right front of the transmission cover. www.vgbimages.com/AFV-.../n-vv9793/

Paul, I got 48879 off the right tow lug. As a part permanently attached, it's more definitive than the number on the (removable) housing. KL

P-O, Correct - I found S62268 on the front diff and Kurt found 48879 on the tow lug. I didn't see anything on the tow lugs when I looked - I thought I already had the SN from the differential so I didn't look closely enough. Oops. PH
