American Museum of Military Vehicles - Crown Point, IN
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: American Museum of Military Vehicles - Crown Point, IN

Hi all,

This past weekend we were traveling through Crown Point, IN and stopped off for a quick look at, and an over-the-fence photo shoot of, the compound location of the American Museum of Military Vehicles.

It is always interesting to see how the hydraulics fail on M901s. The one at Tobyhanna had just the Hammerhead fail (so far) and it is pointed down towards the carrier while the mast is still straight up. This one the mast failed all together.

I wonder where they got there sexton.
