some folks may find this of interest
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: some folks may find this of interest

Some years back, at least 10, when I used to visit APG with some frequency, I was contacted by a fellow from Europe about a project to put out a reference disk of walk around type photos of Italian WWII AFV's. On my next trip to Aberdeen I took a little over 100 photos of the various Italian vehicles there. Unfortunately his project never came to fruition. There was no payment involved, I simply did it to help a fellow modeler. I must stress that I took these photos and remain the copyright holder. I have no problems with people using them as long as they don't make money on them or take credit for taking the pictures. those are my only concerns.

Maybe we can create a virtual APG here.

There are five separate albums

General Italian overview

The Semovente 149

The Semovente 75

Hope someone finds these useful

I have just learned as per Pierre-Oliver, that this project did succeed. I am sure it is a worthwhile resource if you are interested in Italian AFV's
