That 9-plane diamond formation - that's beautiful! I agree with Shades - this looks to be a "bucket list" event for anyone who appreciates aviation... and it's on the east side of Interlaken, no surprise it's stunning. _________________ "Once your reputation is ruined, you can live quite freely."

It was one of a kind event, it's not a recurring one. The location is indeed very nice.

Living in Switzerland I take the PC-7 Team for granted, I've seen them many times, but I have to admit they are worth watching. It's not a full-time acrobatic team and they don't perform that often:

The Patrouille Suisse performed with only 5 planes instead of the usual 6, they lost one just the week before (the pilot successfully bailed out), the first such accident in 52 years.
