The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

The two tanks used as gate guardian in Bure are now in Burgdorf. One is on display, it has no r/n and I wasn't able to read hull s/n. m+7561 is still in Burgdorf. This is configured for training, with fake gun and handrails, no s/n readable: LTL-H M-7561 by Massimo Foti, on Flickr

See topic from Massimo, Sun Oct 27, 2019 11:18 am One has been restored outside, displayed at Burgdorf. The second one is now in unrestored condition in Wildegg. It's unknown, which one (left or right on my above pic) is now the one in Burgdorf or Wildegg.
