Silver Wings for Fs2004

File Description:

This program replaces ground textures and autogen to favor the low and slow modern General Aviation and Bush pilots.
Includes both original and revised Microsoft textures.
The program also installs new reflective water treatment, new weather themes and low frame rate hit clouds.
Silver Wings WORKS BEST WITHOUT ADDON ROADS PROGRAMS as it relies on full use of maximized autogen to create cities and suburbs.
Revised autogen increases both density and type of 3d objects for a different flight experience.
Not recommended for heavy iron pilots but rural and city scapes are sure fun to fly over at treetop level!

This is an interesting one. It does look kinda cool after install, but it will overwrite any other custom textures you might have so be sure to back up the original folders as mentioned in the readme.

It replaced my runway textures, which I really dug, with some low-res textures that are kinda blocky, so dangit, now I gotta find where I stowed that airport environment upgrade package.....I think the two together should be a good fit.

rgr, on the RWY textures Stoopy.

Got the same impression here, so the RWY textures are gonna be substituted.

The rest seems pretty nice much more trees and stuff to look at, also when setting different seasons the grenery departmant looks OK.

As for the clouds I'm still in doubt, they are more fps friendly but less elaborated as the ones we have with the Blue Sphere set.
