Stoopy is right...no question about it...whether at the "Pig Sty" or "Com-Central Wilderness Camp", chicks dig it!

I got mighty lucky when I landed here, and I'm not just talking about the free drinks, neither! Wink

Woohooo! Yessir, ladies like a well-dressed man alright.....and Fled scores another thumbs-up by packin' these good-lookin' skins together, heck you download these and you'll be gettin' lucky anywhere you set this fine Mo-Sheen down!

An "Executive" flight from the Pigsty to the JG300 Microbrewery, to check output quotas and yeast levels, afforded a fine opportunity to look these babies over....

Hey...it fits!

BTW, Stoopy....pray tell, how does that inverted flight thing work for you? I've tried it with minimal payload and next-to-no fuel and can't keep it out of the ground. Is you cheatin' or what? Wink

Is it not cool how the prop animations follow the pitch control?! I like to just sit parked and fiddle with the prop lever with the engine off!

Say...was there ever a float version of this plane? What a concept that would be....

I had a real hard time with inverted, to be sure. I dialed in a TON of negative trim before flipping her over, and made sure I had plenty of airspeed. Also, throttling back somewhat seemed to help, strange as it sounds (as if there were some positive incidence on the prop/engine mounting). I used whatever fuel and loadout the default gives ya.

Funny, I was also wondering about floats.....

The Spartan, as with all our aircraft, has its CoG just a few inches below the thrustline. This allows thrust to pull the nose down slightly when adding power to help stall recovery.

Thanks, Guys....my fleet of available unbent Spartans was getting kinda' thin. I'll try the unholy trim thing.... Laughing

You know, I just realized...apart from the stock Cessna 172 and the addon Aeronca and a couple of Bill Lyons' things, Milton & Co.'s creations are basically the only civilian fixed-wing aircraft I ever fly anymore! Is it any wonder why? Wink

Ain't it the truth?!!!

Another thing I don't get is, the repaints so far are great and all, but no one's yet taken advantage of the interior paintkit that Milton & Crew so generously provided.....I mean, th'posh interior of this craft is just made for...uh...relaxin' in, between or during flights (the Pigsty gals attest that the autopilot works GREAT!).

I gotta get back on fr8ycat's floats and paint some oars and rust and moss but I couldn't help but play around real quick with a "Jungle Room" theme...dedicated to Pam and whatnot....

OK!

Updated the "collection" file and added it to the download section for all to have.

the number of paints have grown to 15 plus the original makes 16 different ones to choose from.

have fun

That was a very nice summary of the team's efforts by Flightsim. Well done.

Lights? I like #3 Smile
