Can any one guess what this is and give me some info on it? I found it on Strangemilitary.com.

that looks to me like the Sukhoi SU-24....I will look into it further when I aint so tired but at first glance it kinda loks like it.......

Indeed looks like that Hoppa, actually a "rusky" copy of the A-5 "Vigilante" if I remember it correctly.

It's not an Su-24. It's too big. Notice the cockpit, this one looks quite small compared to the plane. Also, notice that the engine inlets are tilted, not square as with the 24. It is in fact a Tu-22M Backfire (although some of those have both square and tilted engine inlets). There is also the regular Tu-22 Blinder which looks very different, though, so watch out for that.

After a quick search through airliners.net, it seems that the aircraft pictured above is, more specifically, a Tu-22M-3. Some more (large) pics:
