Hey guys..... I need a program that will allow my parents to have control over the internet because they want my lil brother off the inter net at 10 pm.... so he will just get up and play when everyone is sleep. But we have other computers that people use around that time. But we still neeeds those computers on

Does anyone know of any programs that have a function that can control the router?........ or there ip address?....... Like a child computer monitor system?

Most routers will allow you to restrict times of individual machines on a network for internet access. Here's my config screen...

I tried that... it's ask for port and I am nto sure what one or one sit is so I tried it and it didn;t turn it off so how would I go about getting th eport numbers?

you need to set his machine up with a static IP address indtead of using DHCP. Not too difficult to do, give me a shout if you want pictures.
