This is a story in the U.K. about nVidia slashing their prices on high-end cards.

NVIDIA is about to take over the initiative in the high-end market. In the UK, the grpahics chip firm has significantly lowered its prices. The goal is to sell more high-end cards and to screw ATI as much as it possibly can.
The overclockers.co.uk chaps offer OcUK branded cards, such as the 7900 GT, for only Ã‚Â£164.95 +VAT with a massive availability in stock. They also have loads of 7900 GTXs slashed to Ã‚Â£269.96 +VAT. This is a Ã‚Â£60 price discount and we think it will make this card rather popular.

Nope, but apparently they've just been price gouging y'all along if they can really afford to sell for less. Oh wait.....the critics can't mispell "NVidia" with a $ somewhere in it so it must not be so! _________________ "Once your reputation is ruined, you can live quite freely."
