Free? Ok, what's the catch you ask?

MS is releasing Beta 2 of Vista for all to try. This has a time limit and expires to non-existence and renders itself un-bootable, but, if you want to try Vista, this is a way to check it out before you upgrade or spend your hard earned cash on Vista.

More draw back to this is it's a full install and not a "live" CD or DVD and it's weighing in at a whopping 4GB download Shocked

Be advised there's a 64 bit version and a 32 bit version.
The 64 bit version won't run on 32 bit hardware.
Also, you would need 64 bit drivers which I hear are rather difficult to source for some equipment.

yeah...ummmm...aside from my vid card crashing the other day this ole rig's been running pretty smotth so I believe I'm just going to say no..lol...
