Found on DND photos & archives
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Some interesting photos that aren't often seen. Copyright has expired and original captions are sometimes suspect (i.e. M3 Lee misidentified as Ram)
This one is a Ram (I think) on exercise in England. Bear with me as I haven't mastered posting attachments.

Cheers, Dave

A jagdpanther from the rear. Hope you enjoy them.

Those are the biggest slot-head screws I've ever seen in that first pic!

Post subject: You're welcome but

thanks really should go to Ken Bell, Jack Smith, Don Grant, Michael Dean, (I hate to say 'etc.' but there are too many to name), the guys that often risked life & limb to take these. The maddening part is only some of the thousands of photos listed are actually available on-line. In the mean-time, here's a Ram in England, note the cork is loaded & ready to 'pop'!
(Sorry, couldn't resist) Razz

Cheers, Dave

Excellent, Dave!
