Talk about disturbing I saw this as a kid with my parents.

What'd be distrubing is listening to your parents rant and rave how much they enjoyed it afterwards.. wow!

I'm by no means a David Lynch fan but I did like Blue Velvet and yes I watched the Twin Peaks series but I have to admit Eraser Head was out there and didn't do anything for me. Seemed a bit too much "Sprockets" for my taste. Not to mention at the time I was living in my own personal hell and didn't need to view someone elses.

And the last one he did p'd me off to no end. The one with Robert Blake. It was the first movie that has ever confused and dumb founded me. From beginning to end it made absolutely no sense to me.........literally.
A movie buff friend of mine finally explained it (he watched it at least a dozen times because he did the dailies on it) and I still couldn't tell you with any certaintity what it was about.

David Lynch did the brown acid at Woodstock. It wan't poison, but it wasn't, specifically, too good. I think it's affected his work. Wink

("Blue Velvet" was OK, though...mostly 'cuz we got to see Isabella Rossolini nekid).
