Toadmans Japanese M3 Stuart at 1st Cav Museum...
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: Toadmans Japanese M3 Stuart at 1st Cav Museum...

Toadman, this is the beginig of 5 Stuart tanks that I took pictures of for you, ( see your PM for your break-down). Every Stuart had an engine and they all looked as if they could run with just a little work. I hope these are what you were looking for. The pictures that will follow tomorrow will be more detailed. This was the last vehicle of the day I photographed of the 98 pictures I took.

I wonder who decided to put the shovel mount under the engine compartment access doors. I've never seen that on any Stuart. Restoration mistake?
