I found this info on another site and it came as such a surprise I had to share.

Among the weapons type found by Israel to be in Hezbollah's inventory one of the most surprising was the good-old U.S. TOW missile. On closer inspection the weapon wasn't U.S. made but was a reverse-engineered Iranian TOW! The article I found credits this surprising turn of events to good-old Ollie North who had sold more than a thousand TOWs to Iran (at a steep markup) as part of the Iran-Contra scandal. The Iranians liked the TOW so much they decided to start their own production line. See the attached:

And an extra point of comparison - the Chinese HJ-9 AT missile.
