If they expect to sell it to the French Airforce as a combi freight/passenger aircraft they are wasting their time, they would need something radically larger to accomidate President Jacques Chirac's head and ego.

I talked to Mike Stone who works for Boeing, and the are only making 8 of them. They are designed to transport 767 fuselages whole. That tail swings to the side to get them out. It Boeings answer to the Guppy or Super Guppy of the 60's.
