Sorry I'm just replying. Haven't been on the computer lately. I'll take a close look at the tanks here and see what I can find out out. I'm surprised at how much of the old track is still left. I'm pretty sure I can find what you are looking for. I'll pass that info on to you. I hope to get over to the public affairs office some day and see how hard it is to get a clearance to take some photos. I don't expect anything but I can always try.

I checked all of the OIF tanks, probably over 100 of them, and all had the new style track.

Can you get clearance to take a handful of photos? I think modelers would be very interested to see some of the OIF1 tanks that are well known from the book Thunder Run, by David Zucchino.
