Photos of M1A1s with T156 Tracks in Iraq/Kosovo?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Scott,

Sorry I'm just replying. Haven't been on the computer lately. I'll take a close look at the tanks here and see what I can find out out. I'm surprised at how much of the old track is still left. I'm pretty sure I can find what you are looking for. I'll pass that info on to you. I hope to get over to the public affairs office some day and see how hard it is to get a clearance to take some photos. I don't expect anything but I can always try.

Mark, Can you get clearance to take a handful of photos? I think modelers would be very interested to see some of the OIF1 tanks that are well known from the book Thunder Run, by David Zucchino. Bob
