The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

I susect there might be more accessible internet hookup facilities at your new deployment than you may imagine. I chat on another board that has several members who have posted big farewells with a hearty 'There I go" - only to pop back up a week later with a big "Here I am!" We hope to hear from you SOON when you get safely installed in your new digs.

All the best and good luck over there! . If you wanna talk tanks, the pltsgt of the NL guard det at KAF is Leo2A6, together with his platoon (unfortunately no tanks with them)
