Here is a question if we put our heads together maybe we can figure it out is this the Mark VIII â€œLibertyâ€? at Aberdeen on the "Mile of Tanks". It doesnt look like the Mile, or anwhere on APG I can think of really. I think this is a pic of the Meade Mk VIII when it was outside like you said - I have seen a similar picture... Neil
