The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Well I have 2 large capacity memory cards ( A 128MB and a 512 MB) so I can take a lot of pictures. Actually I can run through both sets of rechargeable batteries I have before I fill the cards.

I don't have a Tripod. The camera is a Kodak 3400 2 Mpixel model. So I'll justhave to make do Smile

Bob, shimmying up the barrel is half the fun! I have done so much climbing, sqeezing into, and crawling lately to get pictures that as silly as it sounds, I've busted my knuckles more doing gthis research than I do working on my truck. All the while, trying not to get grease, oil, and dirt onto these pretty ACU's that do NOT hide stains the way BDU's do.
"obob" is right is right about the "willingness to take a LOT of bad shots". If you think I post a lot of pictures, I also delete quite a few because of lighting, blur, angle, etc...
