As your post implies, you recall from the other board that he and I had an agreement that he'd take those pictures down in exchange for my removing screenshots of his abusive emails in reply to my polite request that he do so. Not surprizingly, he has abrogated that agreement and gone back to using my photographs without permission, against my expressed wishes, and in direct apposition to what he said he would do, so in addition to all his other many flaws, he is not a man of his word, either. Big surprize.

Have you tried complaining to the Internet Service Provider for his site about his unauthorized use of copyrighted photos? This can often get action, especially with the current emphasis on intellectual property protection.

Well, I thought we had an agreement...and if I'd been dealing with a person of integrity and character, I suppose I would have. I only just recently noticed this was back up.

As you may have noticed from the thread elsewhere, the list of persons with grievances against this clown is long and ongoing since, oh, about '95 or thereabouts. And he hides (not without good reason, I expect). I have the emails and screenshots thereof from his replies, and they make lamentable reading (I can't even post them on Com-Central, they're that obscene...it's his signature style...of course, he does this remotely, from God-knows-where). From what I've been able to tell, no one has actually seen the guy in over 10 years.... Rolling Eyes

I have the whole string of emails saved, the rest of his are not suitable for viewing on this site (some of you may recall a couple of them from the old site, however). Exhibit A (above) was forthcoming after I posted a couple of those on the old site and over at Tank-net and notified him of same after he threatened to "embarrass" me by posting my email on his site. Rolling Eyes

I'n not sure how he would have done that since I was never abusive. His position was that I was more concerned with photo credits that with the lives of our soldiers. That was to miss the point entirely...what I was concerned about was the unauthorized use of my photographs for a purpose (the Gav!n crusade) of which I did not approve, not photo credits. I wanted the photos removed, not creditted.
